The ADA Compliance Office is committed to ensuring access to UF programs, activities, and services for students, employees, and visitors of all abilities. The ADA Compliance Office supports UF Compliance & Ethics (UFCE) by promoting enterprise-wide compliance with federal and state disability-related laws, including the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act.

Under the direction of the UF ADA/504 Coordinator, the ADA Compliance Office:

Collaborates with UF internal and external partners regarding accessibility concerns.
Develops and collaborates with others who are developing UF policies and procedures which involve or affect individuals with disabilities.
Administers the Employee Accommodation Request Process.
Administers the Visitor Accommodation Request Process.
Responds to final-level Student Accommodation Appeals.
Responds to Accessibility Concern Reports.
